Supporting Our Community: Billie Box Sponsors Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club 2025/26

We have been sponsoring Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club (FFSC) for many years now and this year is just like any other. This has been a long term committment. We see that FFSC give so much joy to the local community and we want to support that by helping promote sailing and watersports.
Why Supporting FFSC matters to us
Billie Box knows that FFSC is a big asset to the town of Felixstowe offering the young and the old sailing opportunities which will enrich their lives.
FFSC has been going almost 100 years and they have seen many excellent sailors over those years. FFSC have many watersport initiatives which encourage the club members and non members to get involved.
Some examples are: Training centre for sailing and powerboating, rowing, youth sailing, yacht sailing, “Women on Water”, they fundraise for RNLI and also hold a few ‘Free Discover sailing days’.
The club’s ethos is to encourage people to sail and other watersports. We love that.
Our Role as a Sponsor
Our director Jane Billing has been a member of the club for over 58 years and has been involved in many committee’s, fundraising and other club activities. Jane sailed when she was younger, but now helps out with the race organising for the club sailing events mostly off the water eg. National championships.
FFSC has a membership that is passionate about encouraging sailing and watersports in general. Jane is as equally passionate.
Billie Box offers FFSC financial support and moral support with their initiatives. We actively encourage people to use FFSC facilities as much as possible.
Billie Box also assists with National championships, by way of sponsorship.

Beyond our support of FFSC we have supported many charities along the way. Home Start Suffolk is big one. We also support many businesses across England and Wales with supplying shipping containers for storage on a sale or rental basis and conversions with delivery to the door.
